During these trying times there are concerns regarding business continuity and we are taking the situation very seriously. We are continuously monitoring and planning to lessen the impact on our operations. As of today, our manufacturing facility continues to operate at normal levels. Our supply channel has not seen any significant disruptions. However, in the event that our supply chain is affected, we will contact customers who have current orders to provide updates.
We have suspended visitors to our facility to minimize the health risks to all involved and ask for your understanding. With technology we can now utilize video as an effective tool for machine factory acceptance tests (FAT) and encourage you to use this service whenever possible in the coming weeks.
Service Calls and Parts
At this time we have postponed all service calls for our field service technicians and engineers. We are maintaining our parts and service support and stand ready to address your needs. Our standard service hours remain 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. We also offer an extensive parts inventory and we suggest the necessary parts be ordered, shipped and installed by your personnel.
